DreamHouse is an integrated community of artists, professionals, freelancers, and dreamers who are looking for a home as they chase their dreams. We offer all inclusive co-living and co-working arrangements in urban markets around the world. Our locations provide private rooms with shared amenities such as kitchens, lounge areas, and fitness equipment. Our memberships include access to our art-filled co-working spaces and our curated events that brings together the doers that are chasing their dreams. Our membership prices include everything, so you can get back to your dreams!

Our residents are our members. Our members come from all walks of life and all ages. What truly sets our members apart is their tenacity to chase their dreams and live life according to the fullest. Our members demand value in every aspect of their lives and we stop at nothing to create that value for them.

You should expect the best and nothing less! We offer an all inclusive living and working experience that allows our members access to the best and brightest chefs, designers, and professionals to connect you to opportunity. Live, work, play and everything in between.

• All inclusive living!
  Monthly rent, utilities, weekly cleaning, fully furnished apartment homes complete with dishes and essential items, Wi-Fi and top Streaming channels, free on-site laundry, stocked supplies (i.e. toilet paper, trash bags, linens, soap, iron and ironing board, hand towels), co-working space, mixers and events, and 5-star resort style amenities (i.e. pool, lounge areas, media rooms), Unlimited transfers to any of our locations.

Membership ranges from $1200 ($1700 with a co-working desk) per month to $3,100 per month depending on unit size.

We require each member to commit to a 12 month term

We love pets and allow them up to 55 lbs. There is a monthly pet membership fee to help keep our communities clean and safe for all members, especially the furry ones.
